At SolidWorks World 2011, the CEO of SolidWorks Corporation announced that DesignPoint earned the designation of Top Reseller - Highest Customer Satisfaction - for all of North America!

So how does SolidWorks Corporation determine which VAR is awarded highest in customer satisfaction? Once per year, Corporate sends out a survey to every customer. Did you get yours? Did you fill it out?

The survey asks for candid feedback in the following areas:

  1. Understanding of customer's business needs
  2. Knowledge of products and services
  3. Responsiveness to customer's needs
  4. Level of professionalism on technical support calls
  5. Level of technical knowledge of Application Engineers
  6. Technical issues resolved in a timely manner
  7. Adequate follow up on technical issues

Corporate analyzes the responses and excludes any VAR that doesn't have a substantial customer base from consideration. Of the remaining larger VARs in North America, it selects the VAR that scores the highest - and for both 2009 and 2010, that is DesignPoint!
