DesignPoint’s training program focuses on the unique training needs of each customer.

We offer training at locations that are convenient for the customer; whether its our offices, a local facility or at your site. Regardless of location, DesignPoint’s training classes are complete turnkey solutions. We provide all computers and training materials allowing the student to focus on learning and not the set up.

We offer our courses in small, digestible segments. Classes are never more than three consecutive days, maximizing productivity while minimizing time away from the office.

Training Policy:
- DesignPoint reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or relocate courses.
- Full payment for the class must be received five (5) days prior to the class
Cancellation Policy
- Students must cancel or reschedule five (5) or more days before the date of the class.
- Canceling after that date will result in a $200 charge.
- Classes canceled on the day of class and "no shows" will result in a 100% charge.
- All classes must be taken within 12 months of purchase
Re-training policy - A student wishing to re-take a course will be allowed to do so at no additional cost under the following terms:
- The course is attended within one year of the original date
- The course covers material within the same software version as originally presented
- Seats are available in the desired class
- The student brings the class material provided in the original session
- The student/company is in good financial standing with DesignPoint
