Technical Support
Our #1 in North America technical support comes in two primary forms:

1. Live support, via phone and remote desktop sharing from DesignPoint Application Engineers who have been trained to help you trouble shoot an array of technical issues.  All DesignPoint Support Staff are certified by SolidWorks for instruction and technical support and all have passed the Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) exam.
2. Electronic support includes an abundance of resources all accessible online through the SolidWorks Customer Portal, including access to the Knowledge Base, tech tips, help files, tech alerts, web casts, SR reporting and tracking, enhancement requests, and much more.

Jump Start Programs
The initial few days using SolidWorks 3D design software is when you'll need SolidWorks help the most. PDM Implementation Services

Workgroup PDM is typically implemented by a DesignPoint Engineer in three days. The first two days are dedicated to training the clients administrators and establishing a well-configured vault. The third day is reserved for training the remainder of the client's users.

Design Automation and Custom Programming Services
