File Upload

Instructions:

1. ZIP up all files to be upload to the server. This form will only accept .zip files and there is a 200MB file size limit.
2. Click "SELECT FILES" to select the file you would like to upload.
3. Click "START UPLOAD". A progress bar will appear during upload, once finished it will say "Completed".
